Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm currently trying to collect these for the ZG enchants and according to various maps they spawn in predetermined spots in EPL and WPL. I've spent hours and hours running around both of these zones and I've never seen even one of these blood pools spawning. EVER! It's incredibly infuriating and I just want to know if anyone can confirm how often do these things really spawn (if at all?). Just want to know if I'm doing unnecessary work here. You might wanna use the actual vanilla spawn points.

They do spawn, they are on a 2 hour respawn timer, and frequently get camped.
