Allow Character Transfers to PvE Server

More people would play the other server if you guys transferred/copied their belongings over to it.
9200 people on right now and the delay is unbearable.

if PVE realm was at the same patch and content as pvp realm... ya.. I think people would consider it.
but is not....
and probably never will be.

This might be viable if the transfer will be available only to characters <50lvl.
But why am I even saying that, there is no way it's going to happen.

Who cares about the timeline, 10k players on one server is absurd. It's a good problem to have though but addressing it's more important than following another timeline. This timeline isn't even a year old.
Honestly, the biggest mistake was releasing a PVE server. Even on live barely anyone played them compared to the PVP ones. Should have just made another PVP box. I know 15 people off the top of my head from another game that just all started playing here and not one of them voted to roll on the PVE server.
