Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I began the Level 50 Rogue Class Quest by starting "A Simple Request." I did the first few parts of the chain, but when I completed the fragments part, the follow up (The Azure Key) never became available. Anyone know of anything I can do to fix this?

Same thing happened to me on the Deadmines questline, the final part just never became available, and i had to level up with a shit chest.

The lvl 50 class quest rewards are not in yet, they get added in 1.8 and PvP server is on 1.7. (Check out the timeline on the Nost homepage.)

As for DM, maybe you missed the escort q? It's started at the defias traitor after you've handed in the message from the defias messenger to Gryan Stoutmantle.

Maybe it was added by mistake or something. Has happened before, check the dates on the priest reward for example: http://realmplayers.com/ItemUsageInfo.aspx?realm=NRB&item=19990

Investigated it a bit further and it seems some were added in 1.7 and others in 1.8.

So your rogue quest should be in now. No rogue seems to have the ebon mask yet though so it might be bugged. (http://realmplayers.com/ItemUsageInfo.aspx?realm=NRB&item=19984)

I had the shaman skyfury helmet quest once before BWL patch, but they removed that as well for now. Those class quests are a bit dodgy, I'd say just keep checking back to the NPC.
