my guild is willing to gift me a nice pile of gold to help me with lvling and gearing up for end game raids and what not. ive heard you will get banned for accepting it due to nost. will consider you bought the gold. Can i get banned for accepting free gold from my guild?

As long as the gold isn't gold that has been bought, you are good to go. If you don't feel safe about it, send a message to a GM in game and clear it with them first.
