Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Someone told me its a progressive server. So I made a guy and I have heard that it will be TBC, that we wil lbe getting a seperate server...Idk.
Can we get a straight answer?
Is this an actual progressive server? Or is it just constant rollover on vanilla patches?

What's next once all the content will be cleared
A new TBC server will be opened after some months by the community we depend on. This new realm will be completely independent from Nostalrius Begins, that will continue to be supported. Additionnaly, the Nostalrius players will have the possibility to copy any character to the Burning Crusade realm. Once again, Nostalrius Begins will always stay online, and will always have its own dedicated staff.

I think some of us just want to take a lazy old time with Vanilla and not worry about cutting edge raid progression or worry about TBC support.
