Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but ya. Is Urok's loot bugged because I have killed him 3 times and all 3 times he has dropped nothing but some silver. He doesn't even drop the 100% droprate quest item.

His whole encounter is bugged and there are already bug reports in the Nostalrius Bug Tracker.
