Would it even be possible to have a server near oceanic regions for everyone on that side of the world who love this server but play on 300 to 500 ms

Hey ill even give money to help out!

or anything to play on 200ms

Have you tried a VPN? (Pingzapper, WTFast, Smoothping, Battleping, etc.)
If your ping is that high, you should see an improvement in latency with one of the VPN services.

What I find amazing on this server If that you get to mix with people from all over the world, most of them very nice, creating and unique community and experiencing something you never did in wow classic. I believe they should focus on optimization if needed, or players using VPN as said suggested by Norjak above.
