Worth lvling with a friend 1-60? quick answer pls

by evisery » Tue Dec 29, 2015 3:59 pm

Hello guys I'm gonna lvl a toon with my friend shortly from 1 to 60 and I'm just wondering is it really worth it? and how would we do it effectivly? Should we be in party all the time or do the quests at the same time without being in party? Will being in party reduce our experience we gain? Just need some general advice here quick. Thanks for reading!

Maybe I should post a thread on the forums asking if I should run Deadmines with a guildmate's level 17 alt.

Does anybody know if giving copper ore I mined on my main is an effective way to level blacksmithing on my alt? I mean, I guess I could level up mining on my alt and just do it that way but I dunno rofl.

If I were to do this I would roll warrior/priest. Doesn't really matter the spec, whatever is easiest for leveling. The speed at which you kill mobs will more than make up for the xp split, and you have the two most important roles in a 5 man already covered. Should make it a breeze to get dungeon pugs started.

Hey evisery, I've been leveling with my brother we're now lvl 23 and it goes pretty quick ide say. we have been following VanillaGuide add-on, but only as reference as you guys will be underleveled for certain zones but can do harder quests before moving on so it all works out in the end. This is how we do it.

Farm zone quests until it gets too hard > Use VG as reference> do same as step one. and if we really need to well stop and grind for a little bit (not really necessary though).

Perk is, Fast quest EXP, Low kill exp.

Lol obviously I'm asking if it's worth it since we gain less exp when we are in a party group, and I'm asking what you guys have done before, have you done quests together in the same group or not being in group at all and just group up for quests such as hogger or when you need to kill a boss? I'm sorry that you are so retarded and cant figure that out Jeddite

Should I get ALL the quests for Wailing Caverns before I look for a group? Or just join the first group looking for a healer? I don't want to run the instance more than once if I dont have to but I figured I better ask if this is the most effective way to run an instance lol
