Yes, that is legal as long you are both playing a character.
If you or your friend go AFK, don't go on /follow, since this may trigger a multiboxing report.

They do not care if 60s help low lvls; they just do not like multiboxing. This means you are playing both characters by yourself, which is cheating. You are supposed to play 1 character. In real life, you do not get 2 bodies, do you? Nost is not getting a sub off you per account, so unlike Blizzard, they will ban the accounts for the sake of the server rather than let you cheat. Blizzard tolerated or ignored practically everything players did for years and years because they were happy so long as they got that sub off you every month. They basically didn't care at all about multiboxing, even though the third party programs required to do it with any efficiency clearly violated the terms of use. Even if you pointed this out to them with direct copy and pastes... they would not enforce it(derp). Here, the server will not sell out for your own benefit. They'll just ban you and say thanks for playing, feel free to reroll.

Can confirm that, was helping a mate level since he's a lazyfuck, got reported three times apparently. Not banned though.
