Monetizing content

Hello all, quick question here regarding monetizing Nostalrius content.
I had a google and read that you can stream it on Twitch, provided you are not a partner, is that correct?
My other question is with youtube videos, are you allowed to monetize that content? Or is there a chance of copyright/video flagging.

You technically can't stream it on twitch even as a non-partner, but most people get away with it anyway because of their small viewer base. The biggest nost streamer Payo was however banned for 24 hours on twitch a few weeks ago and is not allowed to stream it again, and that wasn't the first time someone got a ban from it.

I'm not sure about YouTube, but I assume the situation is similar there.
