I had a question about if im allowed to sell items a certain way.
my idea is this.
instead of trying to sell an item for 500g.
i instead allow say, 10 people, the ability to buy a ticket for 50g
then we all get into a party they all roll and highest roll wins the item(s).
why? well this would give people with low incomes a chance at obtaining an expensive item they would otherwise never get.
please let me know if this is legal on these servers

Casino with entry fee, I don't think they will allow this.

It is written in section IV in the ToU ("Casino"), and is definately not allowed.

right i realize that casino's are not allowed. but this isnt so much a casino as it is a lottery. they are both very similar but inherently different.

Both is a kind of online gambling, which is the main reason this kind of stuff is not legal in retail. But both also opens up for easy scamming, which is the main reason it got illegal on Nostalrius. The first months of Nostalrius' life casino's was actually legal.
And if I may add something:
You will run a risk of being banned for gold trafficking if one of the ticket buyers pays with bought gold. Just look at Vices case at the moment.

oh interesting okay then, thought it would be a fun way to sell items but i guess not lol.
