Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello. I have heard numerous times you can grind 51-60 efficiently killing mobs in alterac valley. Is this true and a viable method? Would I have problems doing it with an Arms Warr? Thanks for the responses.

It's not a fast way to grind levels, however since you get AV rep at the same time (which you will need later anyways) it indeed efficient. Also the quest turnins for ogre tooth, troll mojo etc gives roughly 40k xp each iirc which is ~1 free level.
