The Chinese Invasion

I'm sure I'm not the only one who has noticed the massive influx of Chinese players.
Already there have been threads made on the issue. English speaking players point out the Chinese have a habit of AFKing in battlegrounds, being excessively rude, flooding the Auction House, and generally being bad at the game (to be fair part of that is because of their high latency). More importantly English speakers have pointed out the problems in communication between ourselves and the Chinese. In an MMO that requires cooperation, whether in dungeons or in pvp, the lack of ability to communicate causes major issues and ruins our game experience.
The fact is China is not sending its greatest people. It goes without saying where most of the goldfarmers on Nostalrius come from, a visit to any of the gold selling websites spammed in trade chat will show you this.
But the most important issue regarding the influx of Chinese players is demographics. I'm not so much concerned about the fact Chinese players exist as I am about the number of them that exist, and Nostalrius staff should be too. Already at level 60 the presence of Chinese in battlegrounds or around the world is quite large. Larger still are the Chinese players who're still leveling up, with new ones joining every day. A /who of popular Chinese guilds will show you its a MAJORITY who are still leveling. The true effects of the Chinese invasion have yet to be felt by endgame players, but they will be soon if the Administration does nothing.
The Chinese community on Nostalrius is segregated from the mainstream English speaking community. They have their own guilds and do their own raids, and even have their own World Chat (/CHINA). We're witnessing the development of parallel societies on our server. The majority of Chinese cannot (due to the language barrier) and do not want to be a part of the mainstream Nostalrius community.
For many people it is precisely the community aspect of Vanilla WoW that makes them prefer it to later expansions, that community is being lost. For those who play for PvP, their will to continue is being hurt both because of the poor skill of many Chinese players, and their total inability to communicate in a game whose PvP system is dependent on teamwork. The entire server is going to be negatively affected by this demographics change and in turn we will see more and more English speakers quit due to frustration, as the Chinese population continues to grow. Eventually we may even become a minority on our own server.
Nostalrius was made for English speakers. All issues of "fairness" aside, this is our server before it's theirs and the interests of the English speaking community should come before that of the Chinese. The Nostalrius staff must do something to stop the influx of Chinese players before the problem gets worse than it is.
I have a proposal, it's a bit radical, but it may be our only choice.

We have to build a firewall and block all Chinese, Hong Kong, and Taiwanese IPs from connecting. It's gonna be a big wall, a beautiful wall, and it's going to make our server great again.
To those who want to shout "discrimination" at me or whine about how the Chinese dindu nuffin and should have the privilege to play here. Answer me this question first:
How many Chinese is enough?
When they're 30% of the server and you can't communicate with every 1 out of 3 people, will that be enough? When they're 50%? 80%?
Will you keep playing here if over half the server is Chinese?
Because it's going to get lonely real fast.
