when it comes to taking nodes from other people (herb/mining). Some things are understandable.

-you see a node, another person sees a node.. and you both race to it. nothing wrong with that.
-you are killing to a node, another guy swoops in and takes it as you aggro the last mob, aggravating but nothing wrong with it.

BUT, what i think is complete crap and should be bannable/suspendable or considered harassment is this. Another player aggroing mobs, mobs not even within aggro range of the node, and dropping those mob's threat onto you. This forces you to kill something you had no need to kill. And while you are dealing with a mob you didnt even aggro, the other person takes the node.

This is just so, idk... sooo rude(for lack of words id like to use) it needs to be considered harassment.

Healthy competition is good, but screwing people over is something else entirely.

Okay, bro -- do yourself a favor and don't transfer your characters to the TBC server when it launches.

Because my Druid will POUNCE you (then mine), CYCLONE you (then mine), MAIM you (then mine), CYCLONE you again (then mine). After that, I'll pop Shadowmeld to drop combat, instant cast flight form, /LAUGH, /SPIT, and fly away.

That adamantium ain't yours until it's in your inventory.


And vanish-training a group of mobs onto somebody is just /LOL.

When does the TBC server launch?

EDIT: Oh I just found out it will be a separate server... that's a relief. I heard someone in-game saying that Vanilla will update to TBC and I was so disappointed and discouraged to continue, knowing that the Vanilla won't be forever, but now that I know there will be Vanilla AND TBC, I don't care anymore when it comes out.

I didn't think it was possible to train mobs onto someone on Nos.

Unfortunately I do remember it was possible on live until they changed it.
