TBC future server.

Hello, i know Nostalrius will release a TBC server in approximately 1 years but there is a question in my head :
as the developpers said we have the opportunity the copy the character from Nostalrius PvP to Nostalrius TBC, it means when the server will be released there will already have players 60 ?

probably more than a year, and yes there will be level 60s already, just as back on retail
