As long as you don't grief the same players for more than 5 hours at a time or completely shut down a quest hub for a long time, I don't see why not. I KOS all Chinese players already.

What we need is : grp/raid (5-10 ppl) camping all xiaowutang In a zone, while another grp is doing same thing in another zone.

I've been doing this in redridge and stranglethorn vale on and off ever since finishing r13.
Should we perhaps organize some day? Raid from 19:30 to 22:00. Consumables optional.
Bring soulshards for summoning more players. Be able to communicate on teamspeak.
