What are the minimum requirements to apply for GM?

I recently come across this private server and was hoping to become part of it's GM team as having enjoyed moderating on many other servers and patches. I went through to the GM team and where to apply to find out I had to participate a little before having apply. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how much I need to post, be on, etcetera... until I can apply for the GM status?
