Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I spent most of today doing the level 37 part of Components for the Enchanted Gold Bloodrobe. I gathered all of the quest items, the fine gold threat, the 2 smoldering Coals, and the soul shard and it shows I have them in my inventory but I cannot turn the quest in. Looked the quest up you have to be at least 31 to turn it in and i am 33. Another else run into this issue? Is there a fix that isnt drop the quest and spend all day doing the damn thing over again?

Drop the quest and accept it again.

Put all the items in your bank, relog, and then take them out again and try turning it in. Worked on my warrior axe quest
