but this Xiao was decked in maxed out level 39 best in slot gear with beast enchants
Not all Xiao are gold farmers, some of them are cool you see?
Before you assume that we should just ban all china ip's, that they do more bad than good, think about the people that play the game for what it is

Well, that settles it. This one unnamed Level 39 twink is clearly the new Xiao standard for the entire server.
