Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So at 50, I got a quest called Magecraft to go to Azshara to speak with Archmage Xylem, when I go to his tower, Questie tells me that he has a quest called Magic Dust, I look it up and it's apparently a chain that gets you good loot at the end. When I enter the tower and go try to talk to him, I just get poke dialogue, can't interact with him at all, I'm the appropriate level for Magic Dust, I just don't know what's going on.

It seems it was overlooked on patch release. Have you completed the quest "Magecraft"? If so add a new bug to the tracker located at: https://en.nostalrius.org/bugtracker

Yes I have. It's the whole reason why I'm there. I finished it then went up to talk to Archmage, only to find out it didn't work.
