Bugged Quest, can't find report thread or GM.

First of all, I'm sorry I couldn't find a real place to report an issue like this both on the forums and in game.
Guild and World chats were no help either so, here I am.

It's really simple. I completed quest [Toxic Test]
Yet am unable to pick up the following quest [A Better Ingredient]

These quests are given by "Torwa Pathfinder" in Un'goro Crater.

This is important because it gives pre-raid best in slot raiding/leveling gear for druids and good exp as well.
Please inform me if there is some other place I can report this issue or otherwise what actions I need to perform to solve this issue.

not all of the level 50 class quests, that take place in the Sunken Temple, are in the game yet. They will be implemented in the proper patch.
