Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Greetings,

I would like to know if is forbidden to use my High level character to rush some quests on my other low level character.
I'm not using any kind of script or program to do this, I just simple tag some mobs with my low lvl character switch the WoW instance by clicking on the second window and help to kill it.
I appreciate if I recieve a answer of GM/Developer.

You can't do this. When they say multiboxing, it's not about programs. It's simply playing two characters at the same time. You can't do that unless it's for trivial things like AH, professions ,etc.

Any kind of multiboxing with your 2 characters is forbidden. There is no point really in making characters on spearate accounts.

This is not correct, it is NOT allowed to use the AH on one char while being online with the other. Asked this question a few weeks back and got a definite answer from a GM.

As stated in the ToU the only time it is acceptable to use 2 of your accounts at once is if both of them are currently in a major city. ie: using your enchanter to enchant something on your other character.it is not acceptable to log in another acct any other instance, even if you're on a long flight. Both in a major city, that's it

So how do they handle multiple ppl in same house playing on same server? Like both me and my daughter both play atlantiss (since she's 8 cata is a little easier for her) I run her thru dungeons and help her with quest when she needs it... According to what everyone says about nostalrius technically that would be seen as multi boxing

Well they won't give out their exact methods, but multiple people playing the same house is acceptable. I would assume the admin are flagged if multiple accounts are logged on the same ip. Then they might watch the players to be sure it's actually 2 different people playing, this is usually fairly obvious. It does kind of hinder those with multiple people playing on one household though. For instance I can /follow a friend with no issues, however if your daughter had you on follow, since its the same ip, looks too much like multiboxing and could risk a ban
