English only in public channels?

If I remember correctly the TOS use to have something in it about only allowing English in the public channels such as trade and world. Has this changed recently because I believe it has been removed from the TOS as i couldnt find it anywhere.

Can honestly say I've actually not seen any Lang other than English spoken in channels... Unless u count hordes kek

There are occasionally some guild adsin some other language, but they do say beforehand "German guild" "Swedish guild" "Spanish guild" and so on.
