Deleted character recovery (Possible?)

Hello i'd like to know if it would be possible to recover a deleted character, i can give u info about it, i know GM's do these in retail, was wondering if you guys could aswell, since this is vanilla i dont really care for lvling another character, considering its way harder and its my only horde toon, so i'd really apreciate it if you could recover it..

GMs have a strict no reversal policy. Reason: The only way for someone to delete a character is if they are the account owner or the account owner shared the details. They do not have sympathy for that.
