Is power-leveling okay?

I am hoping to pay gold to a friend to kill what I tag on an alt, so basically I'd get power-leveled. Is this acceptable? Is it banable?

Powerlevelling - or mob tagging - is fine as long you are two persons playing.

if one of you go on /follow, then it technically is multiboxing (and/or account sharing) which is not allowed.

You can do anything you like as long as you're not using both of the characters. If he plays on his character and you play on yours, you can't do anything wrong.
