Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So i was flying to Thorium Point and right when i landed i was immediately targeted and killed by a level 60 dwarf hunter named Dirtysnicker. I just thought "just another camper, he'll go away eventually" but as i was standing by my corpse ready to respawn, i could see him standing over me, so i targeted him and i noticed that he was still targeting me (i was still dead). I started running around while dead and he started following my ghost around. Every spot i went to, he came too. Eventually, another member of the horde came into sight, so Dirtysnicker killed him, and then he started targeting me again. (STILL DEAD) Eventually he just stood around and disappeared. Has something like this ever happened to anyone else? I thought this was very weird, and i didn't know if this was some sort of cheat or glitch?

this has happened to me several times. there's been at least a dozen times that I was able to target horde ghosts despite being alliance

I've seen Horde in spirit form on my Alliance a few times now. It's just a random glitch.

Yeah dude, it's a cheat designed specifically to confuse you.

Probably he used http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=22115 however not sure if it's supposed to work in this way.

You can grab it in Gadgetzan now, but for the time being it leads to a non-existant NPC as a part of not yet implemented tier 0.5 set quest.

Yeah the thing is that this is a 1.12.1 server so many things are already available. It's just the content that's locked out.
