WTF， Nothing, no cause or reason, can ban our(mine&my wife's) accoun.

just,we are doing our quest in Garkisen，but GM pull us to the GM land, then, tell us that we use the multi-boxing , wtf, we use multi-boxing? i say "no , we don't " , it ask us to move together. we do as it wish.
then it ban our accoun. why ?

can you give me a reason?

If you are two people playing two characters - no problem. If you are 5 people playing 5 characters - no problem.
OK, we are useing two computer,（a desktop computer&laptop），we are useing them by two persons(i&my wife). Can you tell me ,Which rule do we violate？
of course，my wife is a new player, she often just following me and she don't do anything. at this time she is playing her phone. But, i see all the rules, i can't find any rule show that she can't follow me and must go to a destination by herself.

if you wanna to ban our accoun, you should show us something, which rule we we violated 。

if you can't show us the reason ,why that GM ban our accoun like a bitch . WTF.

So... what's a Garkisen?

You need to post character + realm name if you expect an answer from the GM's.

If at anytime you and your wife go on follow while the other makes a sandwhich its against the rules.

The reasonining is they dont wanna debate if you were doing it or not. Its safe to assume you use her character at least once when shes not there.

Instead of arguing with thousands of multiboxer they made it clear and cut. Multiboxing is bannable.

Please feel free to make new characters and respect the rules.
