Fastest way to train weapon skills?

Someone said something about manuals.

Get all the intellect you can possibly acquire, equip a low lvl weapon and start your journey into insanity.

Do weaponskills increase your hit chance only in PVE or does it affect PVP targets too?

If you have less than 300 weapon skill, you will miss more in PvP, but anything past 300 doesnt do anything for PvP

That's what I thought too. Had a feeling that the manual thing was a troll.

If you're 60, get int and go find mobs around level 50. A good spot are those turtle in hinterlands. Infront of that Vodoo village Ally i'd say go with WPL just head north a bit affter andherhol whack those spiders / bears

So the Rogue talent "Weapon Expertise" is useless in PvP?

You always want more hit as any meele class PVP / PVE wise last time i checked,
