Literally just got banned last night for asking "do people wpvp?" and "When does the pvp happen lol"
in public chat.

So im perma banned and i made a support topic but for whatever reason i havent gotten mine looked at by someone important and everyone else around me has been getting responses. So i guess im just done then?

Patience, young man.

The spam filter is pretty sensitive, and often hands out false positives. You will be unbanned soon, but it is highly recommended you do not use the chat channels before you are level 15.

It is a good question why they don't just mute players caught by that system until lvl 15.

That would be a lot less of an inconvenience for the innocent and just as effective against the gold sellers.

Greetings,

we are forced to use a multitude of spam protection measures to combat the gold sellers and other spam-bots. If we didn't, each and every public channel would be completely unusable for actual players. These measures are their strictest at level 1 and gradually lessened as you level up your character. Eventually once you have one character high enough, they are completely removed and will not hassle you on your other characters either. We know that it's an annoyance to new players we really don't have a choice in this matter.

As for your ban review, please have patience. It hasn't even been two hours from your first post.

The GM team.
