So does this server always have 140ms and a 1 second delay on abilities?

Since you know, that's unplayable for anyone in the US.

140ms = 0.14 seconds of delay (add a little server delay on that but one second is very unlikely unless you are playing at chinese peak time)

and yes 140ms is quite common for US players
you can try using programs like pingzapper (VPNs) to improve your latency

I came on yesterday at this same time right now and had 1 second delays on every ability.

I'd like to play here but you can't play here with lag like that.

Bruh it's less than 1s delay, if you could get over yourself and see how awesome the game is, you'd quickly realize that small delay is a small price for what you get to play and be apart of. in my opinion the delay isn't noticeable after playing here for months. Peak times when there's 13k online you will experience some lag, but it's still playable.

The problem is not the server, is you and your geoposition. You connect from NA to a EU server. From this point of viewn, you are the one With the 3rd World connection. I have no big las issues

I suggest you find a good server located in NA.

I live in NA and most of the time the lag isn't noticeable but for the last 4 hours or so i've had 10k+ ping. 10 second delay. Is anyone else having the same problem or is it just my internet?

From NA, average 170-180ms and no delay or lag 90% of the time. Only issues I have had is when my anti virus scan kicks in and retail does a far worse job of handling that including lag that I cannot even move through. If your lag is a second long delay I would guess that is your computer interfering somehow. I run mine without anything else running other than my constant downloads that use very little of my actual computer and instead are heavy on my internet.

Retail currently is plagued with disconnects, massive lag if there are more than 30 people around (can you say Kazz in Tanann) and massive delays in anything even showing up when going through portals and even just logging in. Go back to retail and enjoy.
