Hey,

I would like to ask the vanilla lovers which class you would prefer for farming in general. This should not be only a discussion about effiancy. I want to read what your personal preferations are too.

My choosen one is the Warlock, because I don´t need to pay so much gold for riding again . And i like the pet´s for fighting multiple targets

Whats your opinion about this?

Mages can farm 6 groups in DM east and other stuff. Paladins can farm 5 groups in DM east.

Atm its Mage with the DM plant grind.

After that pretty much everything that can solo Maraudon.

Everything with a bit of gear can make good amounts of gold tho TBH.


If you just want a twink to farm gold with and have no intention to gear him, i would even go so far as to say you should choose a rogue.

Pickpocket your way your BRD/LBRS.

Warlocks should be able to farm DE too right? Are priests able to farm there as holy? Or do the need the shadowform?

Priests farm it by aoeing with holy nova so

Also warlocks can farm DM E though you HAVE to be demo/destro to have SL and the less pushback on aoe spells talent

Even crap geared Elemental or a decently geared Resto Shaman can solo farm DM Plants. A good geared Warrior can do it as well. The only class I'm unsure about is Rogue, and that's only because I haven't heard of a rogue doing it yet.

But the best? I think that belongs to Mage.

Do you need some gear as Holy priest to farm DM? Or can you run when you just hit 60 and got all skills from the teacher?
