Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So I went on an alt to get some Silverleaf and to my surprise. I was unable to get any because they looked like someone was farming them underneath the map. As you can see I put that theory to rest as it keeps respawning in front of me. It's just unattainable at the moment.. I'm not sure how to get Silverleaf other than the AH now..
Not sure if it's just affected by that zoning area or if it's a few users with some kind of connection and packet loss to the server.. I really don't know but, if anyone could shed some light on this I would greatly appreciate it.

Yes, there is a phasing issue in Elwynn and Mulgore.

That herb do not exist to begin with. Its phasing. You have not lost anything and no one is farming them because they dont exist.

This happens all the time for miners and flowerbois.

There's a phasing issue in badlands near Uldaman too.

And in barrens and basically you can run into this in every single zone it's a base bug with phasing
