Vanilla zone lore (Books, sites?)

Hello,
Wondered if i could get your help on something. I've always been interested in the more behind each zone in Azeroth. Westfall for example, how the Defias Brotherhood came to be and such. Does anyone know of any book or website that specifies each zone, area within that zone and why/what's going on?

The books like day of the dragon are a good read, that's more general lore, try wowwiki for each zone and the defias etc.
