What is an reportable offense?

Okay, so this is a little strange and wanted to know if I am able to report a player who griefed me.

How did they do this you may ask?

Well, I won an item "The shoveler" in a dungeon. After the dungeon I went to trade to try and sell it of course. Someone responds and says he wants to buy the item and to send it to him right away by C.O.D and to hurry.

I was like alright, but this guy never said a price and i thought this was strange. So i ask the guy is 30g C.O.D alright?

He says, yes, please send it right away. I'm like well... alright, not sure what he was in a rush for.

Anyway, 24 hours later and no mail returned yet. I'm figuring this guy tried to have me send him gold or something. I have no idea what his motive is for wanting to do this.

What are your thoughts on this?

I believe I have to wait a week for the C.O.D to timeout and have the item returned to me?

Is this even reportable?

Reportable no, silly yes. This is your fault as a seller to well, sell from a shady buyer. I mean look how people sell thier drugs. It's easy to tell who know's what. I mean yea this sucks that you won't get your gold but you'll get the item back just gotta try to find people who understand english when you try to sell things. Somthing like this happend to me before.

Not once has it ever gone through and I've always had to wait for it to be returned way later. And I've always sent things for the agreed price every time. People are just mongoloids.

Spoke to the guy in game and he said he paid for it, but I haven't got the gold in the mail.

you should receive the COD letter back in 3 days if he doesn't pay for it. If he has paid for it, the money should already be in your mailbox.
