Goblin and gnome engi

What was the difference again? can you use everything as gnomish engi, just not get the teleport?

Some items are only usable by gnomish / goblin, some items are only craftable by one of them but usable by both and lastly some items are craftable by both but only usable by one.

Examples:

Gnomish only usable: World Enlarger, Gadgetztan Teleporter
Goblin only usable: Everlook Transporter, some explosives
Gnomish only craftable: Mind Control Cap
Goblin only craftable: Rocket Helm

There are more, but these are some of the important ones. It's kinda messy but that's vanilla.

you can use every explosive as gnomish that is crafted by goblin engineers, the only difference is you can not craft them on your own
