Can a GM restore a deleted character?

No, GM's does not restore characters. So be careful when deleting characters (READ the text!)

Sure there's a way. They just don't do it. It's against their policy.

Why? My guess is because there's a very small pool of people who could do the job (normal GMs probably can't) and those people can put their time to better use.

Gamemasters can't restore deleted characters.
