You're right; such terrible UI layouts should be banned.

I would think certain spots only accessible with precise wall jumping on invisible ledges should not be allowed but I don't recall seeing official word on it.

Clearly against the written rules.

C. Gameplay

Nostalrius Begins recognizes all valid play styles to be part of the game, and not harassment, so player-killing the enemies of your race and/or faction, including camping the spirit healer, corpses and/or gravestones, is considered a part of the game. While playing on a Player vs. Player server, you should always remember to protect yourself in zones where the members of a hostile faction can attack you. The act of "stream sniping" is not a violation of this agreement as we cannot intervene if someone in-game makes the decision to communicate their every move, thereby informing other users of their position and/or in-game status. Nonetheless, certain behaviour goes beyond what is considered fair and are considered a violation of this agreement. This behaviour includes, but are not limited to, the following:

Using or exploiting errors in design, features, and/or bugs to gain access that is otherwise not available, to facilitate and/or grant you an advantage over other players.
Engaging in combat whilst standing on a section of the world that neutralizes the ability of town guards to detect and/or engage you.
Engaging players through various world terrain, such as roofs that is otherwise not possible, to facilitate and/or grant you an advantage.
Intentionally not participating or otherwise being AFK within a battleground.

Make an in-game ticket and report players who are doing these kind of things.

How to contact Game Master on Nostalrius:
1. Click the red question-mark "?".
2. Click button "Issues that GMs can assist with".
3. Choose "STUCK" (Yes, even if you are not stuck, choose this for ALL issues on Nostalrius).
4. Click "Still not working, Page a GM".
5. Write ticket. Attach as much information and evidence as possible.

This is how you contact Game Master on Nostalrius. You will make a ticket for "Stuck" even if you are not stuck. This is how it works on Nostalrius and is the correct way of doing it here!

clearly not the case here.
What the ToU is referring to is using AoE through buildings etc.
This spot is easily reachable by any class and race and thus does not grant any unfair advantage.

Made a ticket a week ago about someone doing the same, after a long discussion with the GM and him deliberating with a dev they concluded that it was safespotting. Safespotting is against the rules so this spot is considered a violation.

This was confirmed allowed on another post. By a GM. There is nothing wrong here as everyone can do it.
