hi! , so iwas thinking of leveling up a twink, but given the strict rules and environment of Nostarlius i would like to ask if im able to do so the regular way i guess.

I mean if i can get boosted by a friend or guildie through instances to get the gear n all
Sending gold, materials and gear from my main to this character , without being tagged as trafficking n all
And pretty much all the stuff that would be required to raise the character

I ask because the bans are handed without warning and pretty much any offence is a death sentece, so thats why i wanted to ask if i could do this without getting disabled! if any GM would stop by and leave a reply it would be a huge plus, but lemme know what u guys know!, in advanced , thank you very much!!

You should be fine. If a friend/guildie boosts you or you pay gold for boosts there's nothing wrong with it. Just no real money payments. And about the sensing gold to you twink from your main, if it's on the same account they can see it and no one sells gold to himself, if it's not they can check the IP adress and see it's the same. Again, no one sells gold to himself... or his brother whom he shares the PC with.

Follow ToU and you are safe. Banned people who have broken ToU comes up with all kind of stories and the majority have not read and understood the rules.

That is a complete lie. There are tons of people who has gotten banned marked as gold trafficking without breaking any ToU, me included.
