Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I am 60. My engineering (gnomish) is 300. I am friendly with Everlook. I have checked all the boxes. However, when I turned in the last yeti quest, after scaring Umi Rumplesnicker's friends, she gave me a mechanical yeti, and no follow up to learn the schematic. I have looked on wowhead and it says it was introduced in 1.11.1. So, is this a bug? Does anyone have this schematic? Is there something I am not doing?

I REALLY appreciate all the links and research, but I am not sure what it really said, in the end. The silly thing is supposed to be in game and it isn't? Most of the quests it lists on wowhead were not implemented until 3.0, fyi.

Anyone who has it could clear this up, I am sure...or a dev.
