since sweet nostalrius GMs are really strict with their ToU,
i thought about following (fictional) scenario:

> get ganked
idontcare.jpg
> get ganked again by the same person
my jimmies starting to rustle.mov
> get ganked a 3rd time
> mfw
Triggered.gif
> create new account
> buy 100g from some chinaman on that account
> send 10g of your dirty gold via mail to your victim (Message: Hi, thanks again for helping in that instance m8!!)
> he (eventually) accepts it
> his account is now connected to chinagold and gets banned for it

What do you think guys, is this scenario even remotely imaginable on Nostalrius?

You can in fact get banned for accepting bought gold so it's plausible.

Yep, feasible. Nostalrius bans on gold trading are sweeping and all-encompassing, and sometimes even just mailing gold to your wife/brother/friend can land you in deep trouble.
