Where to host a server? - A Non US allied country.

These servers should be hosted in countries that the US cannot touch. for example. Costa Rica, not too far from the US.. untouchable by US Law. Same with Panama as well. For EU it should be Russia or Sweden. Just food for thought. The problem is you cannot host a server on a country that has really good ties to the US (Cough France).

Any country that isn't subjected to NATO, Free Trade Agreements or supranational legislation.
In other words, countries that still have any sovereignty left in them.

The European Union fits none of those categories.

Neither US nor EU can touch Russia. Look at Valkyrie Russian Private Server. Online for 10 years or so, Blizzard can't touch them.
