Sorry to say this but everyone's favorite developer that goes by the name Blizzard is completely driven by money. They care about numbers not loyalty. Numbers are high even with the loss of subscriptions for retail.

Yea. I just tried finding anything in the retail forums. Seems like if your looking for a civilized conversation with blizz or the retail community, you're only gunna get the thread banned, or the fanboys will flame you for having an opinion. Typical retail community.
