Is to quit World of Warcraft.
Imagine yourself sitting in the same chair after playing for another 10 years. What will you have gained that has any significance in the real world? How long will it last? Imagine if you spent 10 years, or even a day on ANYTHING useful other than WoW, like reading, or making music, or going to the gym? How good would you be? What could you do with that skill? Which type of person do you want to be? Do you want to be someone who's knowlegable with useful abilities? Or the same exact person sitting in the same position they were 10 years ago with nothing to show for the time they spent on wow except temporary pixels and maybe a few "friends" they could have made in real life anyway?
And yet, as I type this, I still want to buy Legion because shadow priests look sick. Despite knowing its a waste of time and despite it being hypocritical for what Blizzard did. But I could only do that if I ignore the previous arguments while sacrificing logic for entertainment and the inevitable thorn in my mind that constantly says, "YOU'LL HAVE TO QUIT EVENTUALLY SO WHY NOT NOW?"
Uninstall and never look back. Cold turkey 100% is the way to go. Its a good feeling after a few days when the addiction subsides. You'll feel satisfied happy by doing things that actually matter. Just never relapse like I did with Nostalrius, or it starts all over again.
