So it says the nostalrius PVP server comes first before the new PVP server, makes sense. But what about the PVE server? Is the PVE server release tied in with the Nostalrius PVP realm release. Or is the PVE realm going to be released last? I am confused from reading that article.

It's a good way to try and balance out the populations. Best way to speed up the process would be to flood the old server.
