Hello, i have been reading this forums for long long time and my question is where are all your famous quotes Nostalrius devs? "Every voice matters" "Own Core values" "only community matters" where are all these empty quotes when almost the whole community are going to play in the new fresh server and you delaying the server for 3-4 weeks? that shit only work against blizzard? im not saying you have to open it the first or at the same time, but 3-4 weeks from now mean 2 months in january, think about it pls

This should have been posted over at Elysium forums but allow me to answer some of your claims.

I guess this false idea comes from that strawpoll being passed around. First of all, it is entirely possible to vote multiple times in Strawpoll, so no-one should ever take the results seriously. Secondly, the 8k+ votes seems impressive but to put it into perspective, Nostalrius had 130,000 active accounts at closing. The Change.org appeal had 300k signatures. Eight thousand is not "almost the whole community". Thirdly, our first priority is and must be, the continuation of the old realms. We welcome all new players with open arms but we owe it our old players, some of who have been with us since closed beta in 2014, to ensure that they can continue their journey in Azeroth.

The 3-4 weeks is the maximum timeframe between the launch of Nostalrius PvP and the new Elysium PvP realms. It could be a shorter time if everything goes smoothly in the stress tests and with the launch of Nostalrius PvP.
