Servers with Re-Lanch

I’m sure this has already been posted somewhere, but I could not find it. There will be a pve, pvp and a fresh pvp server correct? Will you be able to at some point transfer your old toons to the new pvp server after a certain amount of time has passed?

Do you know or recall how far the pvp server was before it closed down? BWL right?

Nost PVP was close to AQ release.
Nost PVE was close to BWL release.
New PvP will be new
