Why do you keep saying rage generation was broken on nostalrius?
You got 1 rage per 30 damage at level 60 on nostalrius

Pre-Expansion Rage Gained from dealing damage = (Damage Dealt) / (Rage Conversion at Your Level) * 7.5

1000 / 230.6 * 7.5 = 32.52 > rounds up to 33
1 rage per 30 dmg

60 / 230.6 * 7.5 = 1.9 > rounds up to 2
1 rage per 30 dmg

360(glancing dmg needed to ensure another heroic strike) / 230.6 * 7.5 = 11.7

Taking damage was giving rage based on pre-armor reduction values, nothing to do with damage done or fury warriors.
