wrong character??

yeah so i made an account on elysium and went on to transfer my characters or atleast got my character token, when i had received i proceeded to use it on their website only to find out that i got some random ass character and not the one i wanted (my mage) atleast i can only see 1 character in the control panel... my question is will all my characters be transfered or do i need to start over and lose 10k gold?

Im sure there's some kinks in the transfer system. I advise being patient and I'm sure there will be a fix soon.
