Banned after server shut down !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

ok last time played was right before the servers shut down i got a little depressed and just didnt log in,
recently i found the new PEW server

i went to token for my account transfer and it says i was banned how do you get banned after a server has gone off line !

please after all the support i have givin and will continue to give fix this
