TBC Bug Tracker Site Insecure?

I tried to go to the bugtracker for tbc and keep getting this error no matter if I am in Firefox or Chrome, any ideas?

It just means it doesn't have the https tag with a login. Meaning it isn't secure socket HTTP. Just be sure to use a different login on that site as your login info is being sent unsecurely through regular HTTP protocol.
